Google Search Version 3.1.8 now available for download via Google Play Store, adds New Cards and more
The Google Search application for Android received today a new significant update, namely version 3.1.8. The new iteration comes with significant changes, new features, and bug fixes.
According to the official changelog the new version of Google Search app comes with the possibility to use the official Google Experience Launcher that is integrated on the stock OS on the Nexus 5 device. In additional, the new iteration comes with three new cards such as News Topic card which allow you to select category news right to Google Now app, What to Watch card which provide you news from all around the web about content.
On the other hand, the What to Watch card feature, which is also included with the new version of Google Search provides you recommendations for TV programs and your favorites Movies.
Moreover, the new version comes with a few other features and changes. There you’ll find the possibility to see traffic incidents on your commute by using real data provided by Waze. Also, you can now set repeat reminders or to get real time scores for rugby games and teams.
In additional, the new update provides support for Android 4.1+ operating system by using the official Google Home application.
