About the ROM
i'm
a big lover of the more stock looking Android better known as AOSP.
unfortunately, the Google Play Edition is not actual AOSP since it runs on a TW
Kernel. for me, though, this is close enough. both of the following ROMs are
good bases with little tweaking done. i have made personal changes in each to a
few apps as well as removed some google apps that can be downloaded via market.
both deodexed by me. enough talk...

Installation
Instructions:

Download ROM to SD card
2.
Reboot into recovery
3.
Wipe data/factory reset
4.
Wipe cache
5.
Wipe dalvik cache
6.
Flash ROM (this process
may take a minute or two, be patient!)
7.
Reboot and enjoy
8.
note*** when booting out
of recovery, select NO, do not fix recovery - 4.3 only
