- CM7 must be up & running (to ensure that you have auto-magically met requirements)
- Download and push the latest ROM to SD Card
- Reboot to Recovery Mode
- Select Wipe data and cache
- Select install zip from sd card
- Select choose zip from sd card
- Select the new ROM
- Select Yes - Install update
- Wait until the Installation is finish
- Select reboot system now
